The apps below provide tools for specimen pooling. The R statistical software is the underlying calculation environment through the use of its Shiny package. No knowledge of R or its Shiny package is needed for these apps.

• A Shiny app for pooled testing - This app helps laboratories determine optimal pool sizes and overall efficiency for pooling specimens, including when testing for SARS-CoV-2.
• A Shiny app for multiplex group testing - App described in the paper "Array testing with multiplex assays" that appeared in Biostatistics. It is best to read the paper prior to using the app.
