The final version of the paper sent to Chance can be downloaded from here: Chance_paper.pdf. The American Statistical Association (owner of the copyright) allows for authors to place their own version on a website. The actual published PDF version is available from Springer's Chance website. The publisher used some different pictures and changed my wording in a few areas in the paper.
