• ExampleCases.R: Computes E(T), PSe, PSp, PPPV, and PNPV for a few example cases. Reads in code from Exp_tests.R and PSe_PSp.R to complete the computations.
• Exp_tests.R: Computes E(T).
• PSe_PSp.R: Computes PSe, PSp, PPPV, and PNPV.

Program used for Section 4:

• Section4.R: Performs the simulations for this section and produces Figures 1, 2, and 3. Reads in code from Exp_tests.R and PSe_PSp.R to complete the computations.

Programs and data files used for Section 5:

• Section5-2stage.R: Implements two-stage informative and non-informative group testing. Reads in code from DecodeFunctions.R and Utility.R to complete the computations.
